Ad disclosure generator — the right label per EU country

Under EU consumer law (UCPD), commercial content must be labelled clearly — from the first second, in the viewer's language. Pick the country and platform; the label below comes from our legal data set, the same one enforced inside AdLicens campaigns.

TikTok: enable the built-in “Promotional content” toggle AND keep the label in the caption. The label goes in the caption AND visibly in the video from the first second.

Is #ad enough as a disclosure?

Often not by itself. Several EU countries expect wording in the audience's language (e.g. „Publicitate” in Romania, „Werbung” in Germany). Use the native label plus the platform's built-in paid-partnership toggle.

Where does the label have to appear?

Visibly from the first second of the video and for its whole duration, plus in the caption. Hiding it behind “see more” is what regulators call a dark pattern.

Who is liable for a missing disclosure?

Primarily the creator, but EU practice increasingly reaches brands and agencies too. That's why AdLicens makes the label a mandatory step in every campaign, not fine print.
